I WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND MY NIECE'S ENGAGMENT PARTY SO I SENT THE FLOWERS. I LIVE IN SCRANTON, PA AND CONCERNED ABOUT SENDING FLOWERS FROM A PLACE THAT I DON'T KNOW.
